Team4Success is a nonprofit organization founded by philanthropist Bill Michaelcheck, founder of Mariner Investment Group and Jerry Reese, the former Senior VP and General Manager of the New York Football Giants, both hailing from Lake County, Tennessee. Established with a commitment to addressing educational disparities, the organization aims to empower students in Lake County, the fifth most economically challenged county in the US, by providing them with access to education and opportunities they may not otherwise have. Team4Success is driven by the belief that every individual deserves a chance at a brighter future, and through its initiatives, it strives to break the cycle of poverty by fostering a supportive environment that nurtures the educational and personal growth of the community's youth. With deep roots in Lake County, the organization is dedicated to creating lasting positive change and opening doors to possibilities for the next generation.
